1. One-Year Warranty

All Asmila products come with a one-year warranty from the date of purchase.

During this warranty period, any quality-related issues (e.g., manufacturing defects, malfunctioning components, or performance failure under normal use) are covered by our warranty policy.


2. Refund Only – No Return Required

For quality issues within the one-year warranty period, we offer a full refund without requiring you to return the product.

This means:

  • No need to ship the item back to us

  • No extra return shipping costs on your end

  • A full refund will be issued to your original payment method

Note: This policy applies to product quality issues only. Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications is not covered.


3. What Qualifies as a Quality Issue?

We consider the following as valid quality issues:

  • Product does not work upon arrival

  • Lights stop functioning under normal use

  • Obvious manufacturing defects (e.g., broken casing, loose wiring)

  • Waterproof failure under normal rain conditions (for products advertised as rain-friendly)

The following are NOT considered quality issues:

  • Buyer's remorse or change of mind

  • Incorrect installation (please refer to the user manual)

  • Damage caused by accident, dropping, or improper use


4. How to Request a Refund

If you experience a quality issue, please contact us within the warranty period:

Step 1: Email us at support@asmilalights.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • A short video or photo showing the problem (this helps us verify and improve our products)

Step 2: Our customer support team will review your request within 24 hours.

Step 3: Once approved, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

No need to send the product back. Ever.


5. Order Issues (Wrong Item / Missing Parts)

If you received the wrong item or missing parts:

  • Please contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • We will send you the correct item or missing parts at no additional cost
